My name is Ellie Cummins and I’m 16 years old. I grew up with 4 brothers, and I'm the middle child. I have lived in Tremonton since we moved from Brigham in 2018. I began taking lessons at Harmony Arts soon after we moved here. I first took a liking to guitar, then I began piano. When the 2022-2023 school year began, I started working as an Office Assistant at Harmony Arts.
My entire life, I have always loved music. It’s a part of who I am. As a toddler, I would sing the same tune repeatedly, but with different lyrics each time that I had made up that day.
As I got older, I began writing songs and I got a left-handed guitar when I was 8 or 9. I didn’t start playing consistently until I got to Harmony Arts. I had always loved playing piano whenever I got the chance, so I wanted to learn to play, and Harmony Arts offered that for me.
Besides music, I LOVE sports. I'm a manager for the Bear River Football team in the fall (Or better known as one of the water girls). A term I learned quickly is "football is life" and it is, but so is music. I've played Basketball and Tennis, but now I just do Wrestling.
I’m so happy to be a part of Harmony Arts and I love getting to know the staff and students so well!
Ellie, we're so grateful to have you here at HAMA! Thank you for everything you do to keep things running smoothly!
